      Excellent opportunity to earn money. Huge opportunity to progress within the business Close nit team Opportunity to build your own business within a business, the sky is your limit

      Cons

      Need to reward people more for their efforts on a daily and weekly basis, aside from commission and do more as a team, but i believe this is now in place.
