If you're considering working here, think twice. This company has serious issues with leadership and direction. The CEO is completely disconnected from reality and has expectations that are unrealistic and constantly shifting. There’s no consistency, no clear vision, and employees are left to deal with the fallout. The environment is unstable—people are fired frequently and often without clear cause, which creates a culture of fear and insecurity. There’s no room for growth or professional development, and no support to succeed in your role. You’re expected to go above and beyond constantly, but don’t expect any recognition or support in return. Work-life balance is nonexistent. You're expected to be available at all hours and wear multiple hats without additional compensation or appreciation. Bottom line: this is a toxic work environment. Unless you're desperate or looking for a very short-term role, I'd recommend steering clear.
