The restaurant has 3 flights of stairs, 1 for the kitchen, 2nd for upstairs seating, and 3rd for bathrooms. Waiting staff has to go up and down for the entire shift while making sure a customer doesn't leave without paying since there isn't a manager. Staff isn't offered food and is expected to manage everything whilst scheduling their own break with only 2 people on the floor. Multiple chefs have quit. Most items the owners serve are frozen and microwaved before serving. The owners also do not pay their staff accurately when worked overtime and send hostile emails throughout the day (even midnight and early morning)
