    Pros

    A really fun, young and entertaining environment with some perks including snacks, dogs, parties and more.

    Cons

    small space, often messy likely due to the very young group of employees. some really great management that can be distracted by leadership changing decisions

    Advice to Management

    hire smart people and let them lead the way. listen to the team and trust them as they are just as invested as you are. but do not let those who are taking advantage derail the task at hand.

    I worked at Splash full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

    It has complete benefits. The salary is good, manila rate even if you are in the province. Collegues is like family.

    Cons

    Lack of manpower that you to do multitasking. Doing cashiering at the same time preparing the product that reserve or bought by the customer. And if no choice tje guard will do the preparing of products. High sales quota that you need to do overtime until 12:00 in the midnight & worst 3:00 am.

    Hire many employee

    Pros

    Good for learning and exposure since there is always things happening.
    HR - try to find ways and create programs to motivate and keep employee's engage... somewhat.

    Cons

    Too much work. Management too hasty in making decisions that are too costly.
    High employee turnover but slow in finding competent people. Growth and perks are mostly for higher management. Too many cooks in the kitchen. No identity.

    Advice to Management

    If planning to cut cost, please think of the people as well. Don't make hasty decision. Create a culture where people are professional and works in a globally competitive company.
