      Pros

      Work with incredible nonprofits and funders Incredible team, loved my manager so much and felt really supported Really wants to make change in the social sector, a place where you can push the envelope and challenge the status quo Clients generally love our work, really feel like we make an impact for important nonprofits

      Cons

      It can be pretty challenging, work-life balance is something that Spring has really worked to improve and it's definitely getting better Fast paced (which is typical of consulting) Small org with typical small org growing pains

      Pros

      I got to work on a wide variety of tasks, with great coworkers. Also really enjoyed the travel that was part of the job. Our client organizations were all very impactful and great people to work with.

      The work load was significant at times.

      Pros

      Opportunities to work with "rising star" social impact organizations all over the world. Lots of attention to personal and professional development. The methodology stands up to implementation and it's rewarding to see past partners or clients scale successfully.

      Cons

      At times internal processes can be scrappy because the org is still young and small. Most of the time that's a benefit as things move quickly and aren't bureaucratic, but it can take adjusting to from larger orgs.
