      Pros

      Good opportunity to get your foot in the door within the IT Recruiting industry - that is it.

      Cons

      If you want to work for a company who micromanages their employees, then work here. You are not valued here as a person, manager only cares about you making the company money and that is IT. Typical number driven, micromanaged, staffing agency.

      Pros

      -Transparent leadership at a localized level -Small team; You feel the wins and losses together -Collaborative environment - lots of communication within the office to talk about how to overcome obstacles/objections -Flexible work environment where you're treated like an adult

      Cons

      -Training is decent but I wouldn't advertise it as "extensive" -The office is a little dated -If you aren't a performer the comp plan is going to hurt.
