      The Salary received is on time,

      Cons

      Over worked and stressed out teachers. Teachers have no work life balance. Teachers have to work continuously even on weekends. I have seen very high attrition rate in teachers because Management is very rude. Many teachers hired from out station will fall for the trap because they dont find teachers in Dubai to join.

      Most of the staff is friendly and helpful and love setting my own hours

      Cons

      Not really a con since its a diverse community but it can be a little challenging if you aren't bilingual as over have the students are hispanic.
