Insurance allowance cover spouse and children. Most developers are free to come the office in the afternoon. Some co-workers are fun and entertaining. Stepping stone for a better career in some banks/financial institution.
Cons
Unclear career path stems from unclear metrics and performance measurement. Inconsistent work directions from the management. Seniority mentality implies hierarchy and creates poor culture. Outdated technical stack and tools. Poor use of version control.
