      Lack of organization and poor communication from leadership. Toxic culture. Heavy caseloads with unrealistic expectations.

      Pros

      Off most Holidays, 2 weeks off for Christmas and New year Break. 10 days of illness and 10 days of sick each year. Sick time can roll over for ever. Vacation time will roll over till you hit 30days, then it is use or loose.

      Cons

      Pay is below average for the field. Teacher will always make more than you, unless your a Director. Watch out for promises of comp time, for working over. No guarantee that you will get or be able to use
