High Standards, You'll work for top hirers along with top employees, ALWAYS accompanied by agile project managers. There are daily stand-up meetings, weekly sprint planning meetings, weekly book clubs and weekly talks where top employees will share the most amazing new stuff they are interested in.

Thank you, we appreciate the positive feedback. Our management is guided by periodic reviews, and we take input seriously from past and current staff. We are not sure about the comment about break time and long hours. It says you are in San Diego, and we have never had full-time employees outside of NY and our Ecuador office. All other staff are contractors and set their own hours.
