1. The CEO does not know how to communicate, all she does is put on make up to be in front of the camera and click pretty pictures and record videos in her fake accent. She does not support the team in the day to day and is usually dominated by the CTO who has no idea what product management is. 2. The codebase is a mess and why shouldn't it be when there is no guidance and the CTO just flashes his IIT badge but has no software development skills whatsoever, he doesn't even know how to use GitHub properly. 3. If you are a fresher you can join this company to get 1 year of experience and then just switch. 4. They are money minded, giving random financial advice, running everything like a college frat party.

The company has no vision whatsoever. No company culture, just a bunch of amateur people who are there to con the Investors, users, and Employees. There are absolutely no laws or rules being followed by the founders. Absolutely money minded. The entire team of initial few employees has resigned within a span of two years. That's how pathetic the company and its culture are. Each of these employees was promised ESOPs but no ESOP pool exists. It is a SCAM company.
