I want to warn everyone about working at Stafi. My time there was very frustrating and disappointing.
The owners are dishonest and do not care about their employees. They focus on their own lives and travel instead of taking care of us. They expect us to answer messages right away, even at 2 AM, which is completely unreasonable. They work us very hard until we almost break down. They also change our contracts and pay without telling us, which feels really unfair and both owners are always yelling and insulting everyone for no reason. Even if you do a good job, you may be insulted and not even given the opportunity to explain anything or a simple sorry after.
They make us comment on their social media, adding fake comments to posts. There is no support from management, and it feels like our hard work is not appreciated at all.
If you are thinking about joining Stafi, please be careful. You deserve to work for a company that values you and treats you well.
