Pros

Benefits, salary, higher management willing to listen to issues but not fix them. Lower level management horrible.

Cons

Verbal abuse from hospital staff. Co workers imature. Lower management would rather be on vacation than working and supporting staff. No reviews or pay increases.

Pros

The hybrid work schedule might be something enticing for others who are used to a full time office work. Quiet environment. Catered food every week, if that’s something you’re in to.

Cons

No sick days. You use your PTO for everything. Which can become a little bothersome if you have intentions to save up your days. If the job description says “must be able to work in a fast paced environment” that’s just code for, “you will be severely overworked and under appreciated here.” You will get burnt out, and be overworked here, which is why the turnover rates for this company are so high. They don’t even have a proper HR department. People drop like flies here. If you aren’t willing to sacrifice yourself for the company, they’ll passive aggressively show you their dissatisfaction.l for having boundaries. Management could be better. They don’t reward hard work with money. They reward it with food. For a company that talks a lot about having the best pay rates for radiologists, that’s about it. Everyone else that works for the company is as good as stale dog food.

Pros

good amount of vacation offered, good health benefits, most of the people who work there really care and are good people, friday company lunches, lots of opportunity in the marketplace for the company's products and services

Cons

limited opportunities for growth and company does not invest in training or education for their employees, advancement is tough and rather than mentor from existing employees they would rather hire from the outside, pay below market rate, lack of strong leadership at the top, no clear vision for the company, lots of turnover in past year, ceo is a major micro-manager and makes decisions based on his personal bias/opinions/wants and not based on what's best for company and/or employees, some gender bias is at play men are favored over women, company does not address serious issues with management
