      Pros

      You will be forced to work extra hours without any benefits.

      Cons

      Technology stack and people management poor. Not pay is you work extra hours. No Work life balance. Only one project on hand. If company loose this project then no work remain so any time employee fired. Last 1 year, 25 employees resign so I suggest not to join at any cost. They added tracker in system and watch every employee screen if you go for fresh for 5 min then they ask in call where your 5 min waste so highly micro management.

      If you are working as junior or middlevel in this company the team leads and managers are not good. If they found that you are better then them and doing good any how they will try to put you down.
