    Pros

Solid work environment, good people, and leeway to make decisions that pertain to your position. Good solid benefits.

    Cons

A little too engineering heavy. Needs more funding for marketing that will enable the long term advancement of sales.

    Advice to Management

Continue on the same path, but come up with a long term comprehensive marketing plan to drive more business.

    Pros

Positive work environment with great teamwork and coaching.
Company does an amazing job staying at leading edge with product strategy so it's easy to find prospects.
HR culture and environment is fantastic - everyone is treated with great respect and there is an emphasis on employee satisfaction and being rewarded for hard work.

    Cons

Executive decision processes sometimes were hard to understand and autocratic.
Sales planning exercises were not as collaborative as they should have been.

    Advice to Management

Some things were broken but there was no forum to discuss and present alternatives.
The emphasis on camaraderie is very special here-hope it never changes.
