Huge office, dog friendly, got along well with co workers, and celebrated their employees with lunches as well as quarterly bonuses

poor leadership from top to bottom, a lot of miscommunication, expanding too fast

- Supportive Team: Friendly, flexible and collaborative. - Flexible Start and End Time: For the most part, there is flexibility when to start your work day. Management is relaxed about leaving early too. - Company's Mission: Great cause to advance science and medical research!

Cons

- Inconsistent Hours: Employees are sometimes sent home early when the projects are done for the day. On one hand, you get home early; on the other, you're losing an opportunity to earn your full pay. This position was listed as full time, yet my bi-weekly paycheck ranged from 50-75 hours. - Work/Life Balance: Contrary to the impression I was given at the interview, the upper management expects their employees to accommodate the company's demands, even during personal time (weekends and time off).

Cons

Poor work culture HALF national average for base salaries Overworked/not appreciated. Favoritism towards senior reps Favoritisms towards Folsom staff NO real support from management Lack of transparency to new hires about actual all in incomes. Company growth has management in WAY over their heads and they are chaotic at best trying to manage.
