The worst experience of my professional career.
Pros
The location and people-there are no other pros. Every negative review you read here is true and every positive is fake.
Cons
* Everything about this company is terrible and completely backwards: CEO, some senior managers, their so called “processes”, culture.. the list goes on! * CEO- Everything you read here about him is true. He will cut every corner imaginable to save a few extra dollars and delay paying vendors, speakers, partners, venues etc. He sometimes won’t pay them at all! He will put the client experience and the sanity of his employees on the back burner every time just to save a few bucks. * He is incapable of making a business decision that makes sense * Lack of common sense * He micro-manages * He only cares about a hand full of his employees. The rest he sees as disposable. The turnover rate is embarrassingly high * Worries more about his glassdoor reviews than the state of the company and fixing the mess that he's created * Just awful to work for . Very hard to respect * Senior Managers- they’re all yes people and they don’t have a single backbone. * Culture- Yes, its true. Your colleagues will become like family to you. No one in the outside world will ever believe the stories you tell them about strategy institute. It's a very "we're in this mess together" type culture and everyone is trying to get out.
