      Poor experience with hiring and recruiting process.

      Pros

      Staff members are knowledgeable about healthcare and consulting.

      Cons

      I went through the hiring process and had 4 rounds of interviews and was asked to complete an assignment. I invested a lot of my time. I was then ghosted by the team and wasn't provided with an update on the position . I had to reach out to a senior leader before I got any sort of response.

      Incredible Benefits, Awesome Team, but Low Pay

      Pros

      Amazing benefits where there is 90% health coverage and $250 deductible with the current plan. The team is amazing to work with, lots of growth and inspiration. Schedule is amazingly flexible too.

      Cons

      Low pay and sometimes difficult to get a raise, but the recession hits even businesses I suppose.
