Pros
I really enjoyed working for StreamNative. It was an exciting stage and the team was very welcoming. Overall I would recommend working here simply for the culture and growth trajectory.
Cons
It was good till it wasn't. Unfortunately I was caught in a layoff conducted by StreamNative. The way it was handled was not professional and was extremely discouraging from all the hard work I had put into the company and the time I had devoted to the company. When negotiating my severance package I was told to take what they offered or leave it and it was not their responsibility to accommodate me. I was blindsided by a lay off then did not receive any help from leveraging networks to financial assistance through a severance package.
