      As the review title says, Strider is a great place to test, learn, and implement new things. There's a lot of freedom and you can grow a lot in this enviroment

      If you don't proactively engage in tasks and/or solutions you probably won't like the environment

      Pros

      Learning of tools that are the most used by the tech recruiters and also some new ones.

      Cons

      No plan of career. Sadly, it became a common thing to see companions leaving the company without the vacations or because the company fired before it, or because they were too tired and overwhelmed to keep doing the job.
