Cons

3 CEO’s in a year…the second before the last quietly let go because he sexually harassed a female employee. All executive positions held by men. No work life balance…the better you are at your job, the more work they pile on instead of compensating with a better salary. Also, the health benefits are the worst that I have experienced so far in the industry.
