very engaging, management is very transparent and supportive, working always on new innovations and ideas, very fair treatement and flexible

sometimes it gets very intense, as VC backed company also there's a lot of focus on what investors want/ needs

They choose people over workload, Subsbase one of the greatest companies I have ever worked for, I spent 2.5 years and with them, one of their pros, management and the hierarchy. As a developer I have the right my own opinions to share it with all the team and joining the features discoveries discussions. And joining sprint cycle meetings

No cons for me except always asking for features feedback.
