      Amazing mission, making the work less of a task and more of a passion. Leadership was extremely friendly and flexible with students.

      Cons

      The pay was average, though not sufficient for a graduate student.

      The Peer Specialists do great work for the community. They are innovators. They are experienced, qualified, altruists.

      Cons

      Negligent, apathetic board who do not care about the true mission of the organization or the work being done. Unqualified leadership that is NOT in recovery!
