Summit management is ruthless when it comes to any view which is contrary to their views. Contractors are fired immediately and the Kearl site has gone through 5 safety coordinators within the space of one year.

No involvement from senior management. GM never even knew my name, Rotated 7 receptionists in less then a year, catty, cliquey, very young people working there who were given manager roles, terrible leadership, owners really have no idea what happens behind the wood-work to speak. No work/life separation in admin department.
