      The mission and vision of the company aligns with my values. Bridging the gap of affordability of solar infrastructure. Thus, Making it accessible to more consumers who would have backed out due to high capital expenditure.

      Toxicity is on the rise among managers and team members but the leadership doesn't seem to be acting against this
