Antiquated processes Little understanding of how companies work in this century Don't seem to be employee focused Impression is that people are afraid of management, and company doesn't like to pay out unused time off. Some hypocrisy at work here CHEAP also is a key word heard often... Mgmnt has a hard time accepting that people may need specific tools to do their job.
