      - Good pay / Good Benefits - Vacation time / Holidays / Sick pay - Monday thru Friday (Hardly ever work on the weekends) - 401K Plan - Great Management & HR Team - Great Employees who don't let each other fail.

      - It's a smaller company which makes it harder to move up and into a new role or get a promotion.
