Treats you like an expendable commodity, nepotism and extremely poor department MANAGEMENT who blames their short comings on the worker. They promise the world and give nothing but excuses when comes time to make good on their word. They lack policy so they flip-flop on everyday decisions based off of favoritism. No benefits even tho they promised them during interview.
