1.Quick in responding to application. 2. Interview time selection left to candidate through a link 3. Immediate confirmation on email once the zoom interview time was selected. 4. On the day of interview a mail reminder with Zoom meeting ID and message remainder with meeting ID was very impressive. 5. Brief on what to expect in the initial conversation was helpful
Cons
1. There is no mention of the job title anywhere in the interview invite mail or interview confirmation mail. If a candidate had applied for more than one role or wanted to recall the responsibilities of the job role to prepare for the interview, it leaves a lot of ambiguity for the candidate preparing for the interview. 2. No one showed up for the interview and kept the candidate waiting for 1 hour to be let inside the zoom meeting room after which I gave up. 3. No follow up mail or courtesy message to candidate on email or message about the delay or changes.
