The only thing this company consistently provides is stress. If you are happy with your life and want to destroy your peace of mind, this is the perfect place to join. Every day you come to work hoping to focus and be productive, but the environment feels negative and depressing, as if something is wrong all the time. Working here becomes mentally exhausting very quickly. Management is completely unsupportive. People are hired with salaries that do not match their skills or experience, and many employees do not even understand the work they are assigned. Hiring seems to be done just to fill seats and show headcount rather than to build a capable team. There is no proper leadership structure. Even though the company has team leads, managers, and department heads, the owner/CEO/president interferes in almost every small decision. This shows a lack of trust in management and creates constant confusion and delays. The HR department is one of the worst parts of the company. There is no professionalism in communication, and employees are often treated without basic respect. Instead of helping employees resolve issues, HR creates more problems and fails to handle situations professionally. Ironically, employees who add little value receive quick increments, while recruiters and team leads who bring monthly revenue are not given permanent offers and have their probation periods extended. This clearly shows poor management priorities and unfair treatment. You will likely have a better experience in a startup or even a BPO. If you are looking for a healthy, professional, and respectful work environment, this company should be avoided
