Pros

Use to be discount (they took that away!) Meeting new friends, bonding through tea.

Cons

* pay is bad, so hard to ask for any raise * expect you to do much more than what your job entails * moves people around way too much because they have a sever lack of employees * too picky when selecting employees but they can't expect quality when you don't even pay your own workers enough yet * too much on money and the numbers, not enough about educating customers *the tea wares have dropped severely in quality and they think they can get away with raising the price * tea's not worth the price, honestly * even though traffic is bad upper level bosses expects goals to be well into the 1k ranges.

Horrid Upper Management

Pros

employee discount as much tea as you can drink during your shift

Cons

During the time of this coronavirus outbreak upper management shows blatant disregard for the health and safety of both employees and customers. Our area is supposed to be under lockdown. Our mall decided to stay open for now but has given each store the option to close if they feel it necessary. Upper management refuses to allow us to do so though because they are worried about losing out on sales. It's very obvious that this company values money more than it does it's own employees' safety. The company's whole shtick about caring about people especially those in dire situations is nothing but a way to get people to open their wallets. The only thing that matters to them is making profits, no matter how it's done.
