Briefly - The place should be investigated. The only positive review for this company on Glassdoor was done by the son of one of the owners. Consider the source. Employees are motivated by yelling, screaming, swearing and intimidation. One star is far too high of a rating for this company. The worst job and company I have ever worked for in my career. A very unhealthy place to work. Not uncommon for employees to go to lunch and never come back. Employees frequently break down and cry at their desks. Management rarely shows up to work before noon. Unprofessional and inappropriate work environment often is acknowledged and laughed about by management. Very high demands and expectations at very low pay. Excessive amount of support work often because of very bad application design. No career development. High turn-over rate because of confrontational management – employee relations. No Human Resources Department. Frequently sued by past employees. Extremely high stress job. All employees are bullied by management. Will not be surprised when there is a workplace shooting or altercation. The management has been acting this way for a very long time and change is not possible. Very toxic. No loyalty to employees. Off hours and weekend support is excessive and compensated very poorly. You will never be thanked by management for a job well done. Forced to use own personal computer equipment and cellular phone to provide off-hour supports for the company. Sexist, racist and homophobic jokes and discussions happen frequently during the workday. Management frequently discusses employee performance when other employees are present. Not unusual for management to participate in rumors and jokes about employees. Constant customer upgrading because of bad testing. My unemployment benefits or compensation were contested by the company. Be prepared for a very heated interaction when mistakes are made. Training manuals, procedures and videos are often incorrect and outdated. Supporting this product is overwhelming due to inferior design and bad code. Accept a position at this company and you will be sorry.
