Fear - During my time at the company the atmosphere of the company was one of fear. Employees were fired routinely and often without explanation to the rest of us. Employees that worked extreme amounts of overtime were lauded and those of us that worked less were made to feel like we were lazy or not committed to the company. Lack of Loyalty - Employees were terminated or demoted for the smallest infractions despite having long histories of exceptional performance. I know of one employee that was promoted because another employee left the company only to be demoted without warning when that employee decided to return. Low Employee Value: I feel I was underpaid during my time at the company which became quite apparent when I was offered nearly double my salary to stay when I submitted my resignation. It was also hard to see them adding things like indoor golf simulators and then skimping on employee pay.

If you are not a close family member of close friend of the owners then you will not last long here..... During my time I watched many great people treated horribly and dismissed just so a family member of the owners could have a job.... a job in which they were not qualified for....in any way what-so-ever... The ones who were let go, were let go for very suspicious reasons and these reason were discussed openly by the HR staff to all employees. The HR manager is has very suspicious work ethics and should be avoided at all cost This is a place where one eye must be looking forward while one looks back. This is a company that handles very important data for clients for possible litigation reasons. However the security to protect this data is horrible and "behind the times". On many occasions I have watched client data just laying around in the open and even watch it "walk" out the door. There are no security measures in place to protect client data not matter what is advertised On my first day I was warned about this place but decided to take my chances, I wished I had listened. My suggestions is this.... If you take this job... Don't go "above & beyond because you will be scrutinized terribly... Also.. if you take a job there..... do you best.... but continue to look for other employment and when the opportunity shows itself..... Take it a leave TCDI quickly
