      Cons

      Everyone's expected to deliver perfect results when our work situation is far from perfect! Our salary doesn't even match the amount of work and stress we get from the job! And TFM's leadership is an entirely different kind of stress to deal with. Overall, working here was super stressful!

      - The culture at TFM is deeply damaging. - Employees are underpaid and expected to meet relentless, impossible expectations every single day. - Hard work goes unnoticed while every mistake is magnified. - Effort earns no recognition, and respect is nonexistent. - Employees are not valued individuals, only numbers on a spreadsheet.

      This company has too many problems for me to recommend it to anyone.

      I would have never worked for TFM if I knew how toxic and awful this place is. There’s constant pressure on the employees to reach unrealistic targets because our leadership is extremely toxic and hostile. They verbally abuse us all the time, and they sometimes even humiliate and insult us in front of other employees. Working here is bad for your well-being.
