Good for learning but not the best working environment
Pros
Everyone was very helpful in teaching, especially if you are a fresh graduate. It is a good place for a first working experience. There is no unnecessary office politics; everyone simply focuses on their tasks. The work covers different responsibilities, so you gain a variety of experiences as a QS. The workload depends on the team’s projects. Proper guidance is provided for every task and procedure. There is no micromanagement from the leaders.
Cons
Every team is packed with projects, so there should be more leaders to distribute the workload more evenly. The office is like a library, very quiet as everyone is focused on their work. Some leaders can be very harsh with their teams, and shouting can be heard almost every day. Most employees work overtime every day.
