    Benefits, overtime, job security, diversity

    Management , unfair treatment of employees , no raises after first year unless you move up in management

    To think more about the needs of employees instead of the demands of the operations, if morale is higher among employees productivity and other areas will improve

    I worked at TSA full-time

    It was full time permanent

    Cons

    Poor management not truthful about pay rate and hours. Tired all the time I had first shift. No work like balance. Once I got in no room for advancement. They don't care if you have a degree.

    Advice to Management

    If an employee comes to you with an issue address it immediately, don't wait three weeks later.
