Business Outlook
Pros
Location sells itself. Lots of repeat customers. Fun theme. With the right management in place this could be a fun place to work.
Cons
Low pay for industry standards and location. Management and leaders are there to collect checks and provide zero support. They can’t check a guest in or open a pdf but are payed 6 figures for their incompetence. Entire place needs a full renovation. They recently were bought out by Shulte management and took away free parking and lunch for employees. There was no bonus structure or incentive plan when I was there.
