Business Outlook
Pros
The owner is a great man. He has a close relationship to christ and that bleeds into the type of customer service that his business provides. The management staff is very lenient on the scheduling, which makes working here convenient to work around personal schedules. It's a very laid-back atmosphere, but the team gets the work done. Co-workers become more like family and friends, rather than just co-workers.
Cons
There is no formal training for any of the positions, which causes problems in production and frustrations for new employees. The benefits are terrible and there are no incentives to stay there very long (1-week vacation/sick time period). Health INS is terrible. There is no 401K or stock options.
