      Nice coworkers overshadowed by favoritism and instability

      Pros

      You’ll have *some* nice people to work with and it’s not absolutely terrible pay.

      Cons

      Tactive is very cliquey and favoritism runs wild. Reactive business decisions with no long-term plan & consistent layoffs. If you’re not sucking up to upper management, you’ll get constantly looked over and ignored. The executive team has their favorites.

      Pros

      Forward facing culture, diverse work team, good benefits, hard working atmosphere that folds in fun and humanity into it's daily practice. Gives back to the local community, and offers each employee a yearly education credit they can use to expand their knowledge in their roll.
