The development process is equally chaotic — months of work can be dismissed overnight with vague explanations about “code quality issues.” Leadership accountability is practically nonexistent. The product and technical heads, being longtime friends, often deflect blame and criticize others instead of reflecting on their own decisions. As for work-life balance, it’s non-existent. Unrealistic deadlines, late-night calls, and a persistent blame culture make burnout almost inevitable.
