Pros
- Exciting challenges - opportunities are endless - A place where the best can thrive - Entrepreneurial - High standards. This is tough when new to the Firm, but has grown me individually. While frustrating at times, it's always the right standard to set and enforce
Cons
- Lean company (intentional to increase development) means a lot of work. Work-life balance isn't as strong, but the tradeoff is good compensation and accelerated development. If you want to work hard, this isn't a con. - It's a company still shaping identity, strategy. This is exciting, but can also be frustrating as foundations/governance is in some ways still evolving. - Some ambiguity exists where it doesn't need to.
