    Pros

Talent Tech is a fast pasted work environment with a startup culture. It been a blast to work here and as much as I like the work I love the people. The company is growing fast and very supportive of my areas of interest. If you are passionate about a role or new initiative they don't hesitate to get you involved.

    Cons

The company is changing very quickly and most employee's have adjusted to the new culture but a few are still lagging behind.

Healthcare options for US employees are pretty limited.

    Advice to Management

Keep listening to the boots on the ground and keep your A players happy. :)

I worked at Talent Technology full-time (More than 3 years)

    Pros

    1. I'll echo what others have said here: Great people. Most of the team are awesome. Can't say this enough.

    2. They do have some cool technology--SaaS applications and web services are what you want on your resume these days even if the products aren't always perfect. Anyone in this business knows released is better than perfect anyway.

    Cons

The big downside to TTC being your employer is the company's disinterest in career development. While promotions, raises, training and other glimmers of hope are not completely unheard of, access to these usually required serious leverage above and beyond even top performance from what I observed. The best case in point would be how they don't bother with annual performance and/or salary reviews.

I worked at Talent Technology full-time

    Pros

Great employees. A lot of very talented and hard working individuals who are largely underutilized. Good benchmark to compare against.

    Cons

Authority rests solely at the highest levels.
Very little offered in terms of personnel development, training mentoring.
Few opportunities for advancement either financially and career wise.
Focus and direction are constantly shifting.

    Advice to Management

Provide better opportunities for people to grow and advance internally.
Provide training to managers so that they might better utilize the excellent resources that are not being capitalized upon.

    Challenging and interesting work
    Opportunities for growth and recognition

A great industry to be in ~ There's lots happening in this space right now, it's very exciting times to be here

    Cons

Richmond... Would be great if the offices were in Vancouver instead. However, it is conveniently located in Richmond so one can commute via CanadaLine and shuttle bus.
Coffee - it's not that great, could be improved upon...

    Advice to Management

Continue on the path you're on. Keep taking responsibility, looking for ways to improve and continue to make positive changes.

    Pros

Company is in a Hot Market, there is a good team of people here, and you can see the ideas you have materialized quickly.

    Cons

Office in Richmond, would prefer Vancouver. However for Richmond it is in a good location and close to airport.

    Advice to Management
