Literally never saw my managers face. Had four managers over 5 years while working here, and due the company having essentially zero culture, I never saw the face of my final two managers, as we went virtual at the beginning of the pandemic. Pretty unique situation, I would have never been able to identify TWO of my managers that gave me reviews, had weekly calls, team calls, etc. Asked to do things that were ethically dubious. This company deals with a LOT of personally identifiable information, including government PII (requiring a clearance check to have access to), When asked, Talogy staff was not able to Provide any policy over who was able to examine, retain, or view this data. So, my faceless, overseas managers had to share my screen anytime it was necessary to check work, or see our servers. This “workaround” was how the data management team, that was based in Europe, viewed the American facing server stack.
