Absolutely no work life balance, crap pay, lots of out of town, frequently getting shorted on hours and never seeing that money back, expect you to work for free constantly, higher up management doesn't give a crap about you they only care about themselves and money, oh and if you're a girl, watch out for managers that hit on you, unprofessional and will ghost you without reason of you don't fit or ask too many questions, all the trucks are piles so expect to be waiting around a ton while a mechanic comes to fix you, your back will kill, I recommend staying clear 100p, very high turn over rate, that says a lot, also you pay into a union and for benefits but you don't get to use them for 3 years, it's a joke
