Product company but didn’t see any Pros!

Manager(Palani) driven and he has more power. You should say 'yes' for whatever Palani says. Else you won't get any respect. He does not know how to run a project. Worst manager and egoistic person. Work culture is too bad. There is no job security. If they don’t like you they will fire you.

No culture no respect no appraisal no work life balance. They will expect you to do everything irrespective of your roles and responsibilities. CEO Pandian will never hesitate to risk his employees and clients to save himself
