Pros
The company culture was great before the new management team took over earlier this year. Pros is only if you work in a team who are not under new management team.
Cons
Worst possible leaders you would encounter in your life. They have no idea how management suppose to act and work. They should focus more on encouraging employees instead of badmouthing them behind their back to other employees and create distrust between employees. They think team members are stupid and don't talk to each other what leadership is telling them about others.
