Pros
fun atmosphere, bigger salary from working night shifts, in the winter work slows down, okay place for a first job
Cons
Really bad shift schedule, almost no time off, employees that are from Bitola and know people beforehand get treated differently and have privileges that others don't have

Pros
Good place to start , good colleagues average age is 25, although small constant wage raises and bonuses. Only busy during summer the rest of the year is pretty casual. The new offices are in good part of town and pretty good. Its almost impossible to be fired ( no pressure on keeping your job )
Cons
Too much turnaround of employees , decisions from management are very biased and made in closed doors. Although easier to work on lower wages than usual compared to the logistics companies in the region. There is some carrier path if you are patient enough Management is not pushy and dont micro manage which is good
