      Great for students, but 12-hour shifts and low pay

      Pros

      My position allowed you to study during your shift, so it is great for students.

      Cons

      12 hours shifts. Also the salary was not very high (40 NIS per hour)

      Pros

      Team 3 is a very organized company where salaries are always paid on time. The biggest advantage is the high level of flexibility with shifts, which makes it an ideal place for students or those with other commitments. The work environment is professional and the team is usually very supportive.

      Cons

      The nature of the security work can become repetitive and monotonous over time. Additionally, the pay is based on the industry standard, so there isn't much room for significant financial growth or high-level career advancement within the basic security roles.
