      The management here are incompetent and love only the politics. From IT head who doesn’t understand modern tech to CEO who cannot be trusted to endless employee complaints about poor behavior or abuse that go nowhere - this is not a company to work for

      Pros

      Large company , with a lot of different roles . Front line workers have a strong EBA that is industry leading

      Cons

      DOG eat DOG . This company has been through countless restructures and continues to struggle . Aged fleet , no pay rises for white collar workers . Senior mangers are battered to cut cost at every step often leading to customer impacts . No one is safe from the ever present threat of job loss . And the sale of the business is always hanging over the operations heads , the unknown is a heavy weight on all .

      The most toxic work environment driven from the CEO down. The Chief Customer Officer back stabs peers, team members & everyone in sight. She is enabled by the CEO as she saved her in the post senate enquiry. The owners & investors should be concerned - need to delve deeper into the smoke & mirrors created by corporate psychopaths - the culture they are enabling is psychologically unsafe
