      -Work from home option for some positions -Some friendly co-workers

      Cons

      -Give people the salary they deserve!! -Be honest about the potential raises you can afford to give overtime! -Give honest feedback from the start to all employees to help them learn and grow!

      Direct interaction with management and owners. Ability to give input and share ideas. Cross training.

      Cons

      Workload of multiple people. Management going out of the country and are not reachable or on top of issues like paychecks. Being expected to take on projects on top of already large wprkload withpit additional compensation compensation.
